Pistachio Protein Ice Cream

Okay....I must rave about my new toy. I purchased a 1 1/2 qt ice cream maker on amazon.com and it arrived on halloween! I did this to make protein ice cream.....protein ice cream that I have been drooling over on eggface's page. I tried the pistachio ice cream first since that was simple to make.....OH MY GOD! It's awesome! And full of protein! My hubby even likes it!
